If you have been admitted to the Global Launch intensive English program, but cannot attend the session you applied for, you must "defer" your application.
When you defer your application, you tell us that you would like to change your attendance to a later session. If you defer your application, your admission into the Global Launch program will be valid and you will not be required to pay the application fee again.
Your SEVIS I-20 document is only valid for 30 days after your SEVIS start date. If you do not defer your application within 30 days of your SEVIS start date, you will be required to submit a new online application and pay the $125 application fee again. You can find your SEVIS start date on the I-20 document you received from Global Launch.
